Site Profile
A Site Profile provides a land description and reviews the historic and current uses on a site or property. A Site Profile may be required if you are applying for any of the following activities.
- subdivision,
- zoning,
- development or development variance,
- soil removal, or
- demolition.
- Other activities that may trigger a site profile are site decommissioning, taking over a property as a trustee, receiver or liquidator, or selling property that has, or has had, a Schedule 2 activity on it.
The ministry will take up to 30 days to review a site profile to determine whether further site investigation is needed such as a Stage 1 Preliminary Site Investigation ( Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment )
